📦When will I receive my order?

Allow between 7 and 15 business days depending on your location.

As soon as your package ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information so you can easily follow its journey.

✏️ Can I modify or cancel my order?

We're pretty quick at preparing orders, so if you want to change something, write to us as soon as possible at info@unepassionalafois.com, ideally within 2 hours of placing your order.

Returns and Refunds

🔁 Can I return an item?

Yes, absolutely! You have 14 days after receipt to contact us.

However, the item must be new and in its original packaging.

💸 When will I be refunded?

As soon as we receive your return, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

🎁 Can I give your products as a gift?

Absolutely! You can even include a personalized message with your order if you like.
