1. To whom do these conditions apply?
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all orders placed on our website https://unepassionalafois.com.
By placing an order on our site, you accept all of these conditions.
2. Our products
We make every effort to describe our products as accurately as possible: photos, detailed descriptions, customization options.
Items are offered subject to stock availability, or made to order according to your customization choices.
Photos are for illustrative purposes only: slight variations (shades, finishes) may appear depending on screens or due to artisanal manufacturing.
3. Our prices
All prices for products sold on Une Passion à la Fois are indicated in euros (€) and are excluding VAT, in accordance with article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (VAT not applicable).
The displayed prices are those in effect at the time of the order.
They may be modified at any time, but products will always be billed based on the price in effect at the time your order is confirmed.
Delivery costs are free for purchases over 50 euros.
The total amount due is clearly summarized before final payment validation.
4. How to order
You select your products, customize them if you wish, and add them to your cart.
Before validating, you can check and modify your order as much as necessary.
Your order becomes final after full payment and sending of a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of obvious error, payment problem or suspicion of fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or via other means offered on the site (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).
All transactions are secured and managed by our trusted payment providers.
The amount is debited at the time of your order validation.
6. Delivery
Your products are shipped to the address you provided when ordering.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier or during periods of high activity.
We cannot be held responsible for any delay or loss attributable to the carrier.
For personalized items, the preparation time may be extended by a few days.
7. Your right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return a product to us.
Please note: personalized or custom-made items manufactured according to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged (art. L221-28 3°), except in case of error on our part or manufacturing defect.
To exercise your right of withdrawal (for non-personalized products), send us an email to info@unepassionalafois.com specifying: your name, your order number, and the item concerned.
Return costs are at your expense. The refund will be made within 10 days of receipt of the return.
8. Guarantees and liabilities
Our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L217-4 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 of the Civil Code).
We cannot be held responsible in case of normal wear and tear, misuse or negligence (shocks, humidity, unsuitable storage, etc.).
Our jewelry deserves to be treated with care: avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume or chemical products.
9. Intellectual property
All texts, visuals, photographs, graphics and creations present on the site are our exclusive property.
Any reproduction, total or partial, without our written authorization, is strictly prohibited.
10. Your personal data
The information you entrust to us is necessary for the management of your orders and our customer relationship.
They are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, accessible on the site.
11. Unforeseen events (force majeure)
We cannot be held responsible for any failure to fulfill our obligations in case of force majeure: strike, natural disaster, transport blockade, etc.
12. Mediation in case of dispute
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to free recourse to a consumer mediator to amicably resolve a dispute you may have with us.

13. Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, we will primarily seek an amicable solution.
